Abstract

This article examines the food sector. "Operation 4.0" is a new trend that enables the smooth and efficient execution of activities. A clean manufacturing environment is critical. In the food sector, each product undergoes processing in several distinct divisions. It also encompasses all production processes and technology. For instance, process engineering, product formulation, food quality, or consumer wants; however, ripple effects cause changes in other aspects of the food system, consumer eating behaviours, and broader social and cultural domains. To produce food that satisfies all communities' nutritional, personal, and social needs and desires, innovation strategies in the food industry must be based on comprehensive technology in the food system and concerned not only with technological changes but also with social and environmental changes.
